How does the VendraSphere Launch Offer work?
Qualifying new subscriptions created through 31 December 2026 receive introductory monthly pricing for 12 months from the date of subscription start. Standard regular pricing applies thereafter.
What happens after the 12-month introductory period?
Once your 12-month Launch Offer benefit duration ends, your subscription automatically transitions to the standard regular monthly or annual price published in our commercial catalog.
Can I change or upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time as your business grows to unlock higher limits and advanced capabilities.
How do annual subscription benefits work?
Eligible annual subscriptions include select business services (such as custom domains or business email) for the first subscription year at zero additional charge, as indicated in the published catalog. From the second year onward, standard renewal and add-on rates apply.
Are payment gateway fees included in the subscription?
Subscription fees cover access to the VendraSphere platform and its features. Processing fees charged by third-party payment gateways (e.g. per-transaction fees) are billed directly by the payment provider.
